homage to my nerdi homies

I’ve been a tad bit obsessed with the menswear I found lately — why do men get all the cute clothes!?! *shakes fish* (omgah… did I just type fish instead of fist?) I thought of doing a look that’s rather quirky and geeky to pay homage to all of ya’ll nerds out there — me included! Whoo~

These poses are really basic poses, but they’re done with much prettiness and care, paying great attention to joints and such. I really wish to thank Ana Lu for dropping this pack on me and it really reminds me that I need to credit my poses more often. As a blogger, I don’t think there’s such a thing as enough poses, I love trying out new ones and there’s a few packs that I’ve gotten from friends that I really need to give a go! Soooo… Do give AnaLu’s Fresh Poses a look! She’s been working long and hard on these ^^

This cardigan I found at *WM*, a store that carries tons of cheap cheap clothes, most of them are for men, but are very unisexual and girls can definitely pull them off with ease. I love the “old” and antique colors the creator uses in her garments — a lot of the clothes actually look worn, as if they’ve been in your closet for ages! I paired this with CeCubic’s flare trousers and instead of getting the female version, I got the male one O_o I really don’t remember why I did that to be honest. I tinkered a lot with it and the only negative is that it’s not copiable *sighs*.

To accessorize, I decided with suspenders and a bow tie — but I used a feminine ribbon from LeeZu instead of a traditional bow tie just for an additional female touch! I love my Omar Rodriquez Specs from SpeXx and everyone should give this store some love! I’m still completely obsessed with the glasses they have — so cuteeee~~

Oh by the way — love those little deers? [Pink Fuel] has em out on a sale in Humby Designs sim — which I blogged about not too long ago. Most vendors in Humby Designs mainstore sim have all put out sale items out on mushroom stools just for the sim! This Pink Fuel deer set comes with 7 different types of deer (2 big, 2 mini and 2 holding) for just 100L! Leafy has some cool color changing hypnoggles for 99L. Pididdle has necklace for 60L, earrings for 40L! And another mentionable store that has been recently getting good exposure is Miel; she has 2 high plaid socks out for sale for just 99L — a bargain for the quality! There’s lots more store there’s adding their own wares out on mushroom stools soo…whatcha waiting for? Head down to the sale and get some awesome items!
